Lead Technical BA

At Lumenalta, we partner with enterprise teams to deliver high-impact digital products that reach millions of users worldwide. We believe in solving complex problems with clarity, collaboration, and precision — and we're looking for a Systems Analyst who thrives in that mindset.

What You'll Do

  • As a Systems Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business intent and technical execution, ensuring that every story, specification, and document is complete, consistent, and actionable.
  • You'll work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Engineers to translate evolving requirements into development-ready stories, clarify business logic, and strengthen platform understanding across teams.
  • Refine complex or technical user stories in partnership with Product, Tech Leads, and Engineers
  • Define and validate acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business rules and platform constraints
  • Proactively identify information gaps, inconsistencies, or edge cases before development begins
  • Maintain clear, current documentation for system events, service designs, and end-to-end workflows
  • Transition working boards and ad hoc notes (e.g., Miro) into version-controlled design documentation
  • Establish and champion standards for documentation quality and traceability across squads
  • Support impact assessments and change analysis across downstream systems and data flows
  • Act as the connective tissue between business context and engineering implementation

What We're Looking For

  • Thrives in complex technical environments where clarity drives speed and quality
  • Understands modern software delivery workflows and system dependencies
  • Brings experience working with enterprise-scale platforms or manufacturing workflows (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are key priorities.
  • Proven experience in User Story Validation and Design.
  • Solid background in documentation and maintaining clear technical records.
  • Demonstrated experience working in AWS development environments.
