3x Account Executive (SaaS & Software)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £60,000–£80,000 base + Uncapped OTE

Lumora Solutions is partnered with a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company building an engineering intelligence platform used by technology and delivery teams across global enterprises.

With strong product-market fit and increasing demand, the company is scaling its commercial team and hiring three Account Executives to drive new business across mid-market and enterprise customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior SDR ready to step into an AE role, or an early-stage AE looking to accelerate their career within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The Role

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Selling to CTOs, Heads of Engineering and Delivery Leaders within global organisations
  • Running structured discovery to understand technical and operational challenges
  • Delivering tailored product demonstrations and building compelling business cases
  • Managing pipeline, forecasting, and outbound activity within a high-growth sales team

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience, either as a closing AE or a senior SDR with partial closing responsibility
  • Experience selling into technical, engineering, or product-led organisations
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to articulate value to senior technical stakeholders
  • A driven, proactive mindset suited to a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
