Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £150k base + bonus + equity

A London-based, VC-backed Generative AI consultancy is hiring several Artificial Intelligence Architects as part of its continued growth.

Established 3 years ago, the business has grown to a 15-person team and has already delivered AI programmes for multiple enterprise clients alongside strategic partnerships with global technology vendors.

With strong demand across enterprise AI transformation projects, the company plans to continue expanding its AI consulting and architecture team with several heads each quarter.

The Role

• Design and deliver enterprise-scale LLM and Generative AI solutions
• Work directly with senior customer stakeholders
• Lead AI architecture, discovery workshops, and solution delivery
• Build modern AI systems including RAG pipelines, agents, and orchestration workflows

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering Generative AI / LLM solutions in production
• Customer-facing or consulting background
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
