A rapidly growing AI startup is hiring AI Engineers across junior, mid-level, and senior experience levels to help build and deploy real, production-grade AI systems that automate workflows and solve meaningful, real-world problems.
This is not a research-only role or a slide-deck consultancy environment. The team is focused on shipping AI products that are used in production.
The Role
Successful candidates will:
- Build and deploy production AI systems, not demos
- Design and implement LLM-powered tools, agents, copilots, and automation platforms
- Work directly with clients from day one to define roadmaps and deliver solutions
- Own end-to-end AI projects, including: LLMs / Backend services / APIs / Cloud infrastructure
The startup will be hiring throughout 2026 for Generative AI Engineers of all levels:
Junior Engineers
- Strong Python fundamentals and genuine interest in AI / LLMs
- Hands-on experience through projects, internships, or side work
- Eager to learn quickly and take ownership
Mid-Level Engineers
- Experience building and deploying AI or backend systems
- Confident with Python and modern AI tooling
- Exposure to LLM applications, agents, or workflow automation
- Comfortable working with stakeholders to scope solutions
Senior Engineers
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Proven track record shipping real AI products (LLM apps, agents, copilots, platforms)
- AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code)
- LLM APIs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience working directly with clients or in delivery
