AWS Architect

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of a multi‐region disaster recovery architecture, AWS Outposts hybrid deployment, and cross‐cloud Azure Blob Safe Harbor integration. This is a senior technical leadership role, working closely with engineering teams to deliver a resilient, compliant, and operationally mature platform across AWS eu‐west‐2, eu‐west‐1, AWS Outposts, and Azure Blob Storage.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and validate a resilient three‐tier hybrid architecture across AWS Outposts, AWS accounts, and AWS‐to‐Azure connectivity.
• Scope includes workload configuration, cross‐region data replication, Azure Blob Safe Harbor integration, observability, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide end‐to‐end technical leadership, ensuring compliance and operational maturity in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and business teams to align architecture with strategic goals.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years cloud architecture experience.
• 5+ years AWS architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Market Infrastructure providers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in multi‐region AWS architecture design.
• AWS networking (VPC, TGW, routing).
• Disaster Recovery architecture and cross‐region database replication.
• AWS security architecture.
• Azure Blob Storage integration and cross‐cloud architecture experience.
• AWS Global Accelerator, AWS DataSync, Step Functions/Lambda orchestration.
• Experience in GDPR / regulated environments.

Nice to Have:

• AWS Outposts experience.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.

• English: C2 Proficient.
