Luxoft is seeking a highly experienced Blockchain Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge decentralized solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern blockchain platforms, shape enterprise-grade architectures, and drive innovation across industries.

You’ll be at the forefront of blockchain innovation—designing scalable systems, leading engineering teams, and translating complex business requirements into secure, decentralized solutions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver blockchain-based systems and decentralized applications (DApps)
• Develop smart contracts across platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, or Polygon
• Define and design consensus mechanisms and token economics (utility tokens, NFTs, stablecoins)
• Set up and manage blockchain infrastructure (nodes, networks, environments)
• Ensure robust security using cryptography, encryption, and secure design practices
• Integrate blockchain solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Lead DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Translate complex business needs into scalable and secure blockchain architectures

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Enterprise scale experience in blockchain architecture and implementation
• Strong hands-on experience with blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, Polygon)
• Proficiency in Solidity, Go, Java, Python, or Rust
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• DApp design & development
• Consensus algorithms
• Token and crypto-economics
• Experience in blockchain infrastructure setup and security frameworks
• Deep knowledge of cryptography, hashing, digital signatures, and encryption
• Strong experience integrating with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud environments
• Hands-on expertise with DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven track record in solution architecture, leadership, and team mentorship
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
