Data Integration Project Manager
Luxoft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic Snowflake-based data warehouse and integration programme for a portfolio management platform used by global asset managers.
This is a high-impact, delivery‐critical role, responsible for orchestrating a complex, multi‐stream initiative spanning data engineering, architecture, product, and client delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while aligning technical outcomes with business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Programme Delivery
- Lead end‐to‐end delivery of a Snowflake data warehouse and integration programme
- Define and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
- Ensure strong alignment between technical delivery and business outcomes
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across technology, product, and client teams
- Manage expectations, communicate progress, and escalate risks proactively
- Facilitate workshops to capture, refine, and validate business and data requirements
Agile Delivery & Governance
- Drive Agile delivery practices (Scrum / Kanban) across multiple workstreams
- Run sprint planning, stand‐ups, retrospectives, and steering committees
- Establish governance frameworks, delivery KPIs, and reporting cadence
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers early
- Implement mitigation strategies and manage issue resolution
- Maintain delivery confidence through clear tracking and transparency
Vendor & Integration Coordination
- Manage third‐party vendors, data providers, and integration partners
- Coordinate delivery across internal and external teams
- Ensure alignment across a complex integration landscape
Financial & Resource Management
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Ensure efficient use of engineering and data resources
- Support prioritisation decisions based on business value and constraints
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering large‐scale data or cloud transformation programmes
- Strong track record managing complex, multi‐stream projects with technical dependencies
- Experience delivering data warehouse or data platform initiatives
- Solid understanding of modern data architectures, including cloud data warehouses (Snowflake or similar)
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, pipelines, APIs, data modelling)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non‐technical stakeholders
- Ability to engage confidently with architects and engineers without being hands‐on
Nice to Have
- Financial services experience (asset management, portfolio management platforms, or financial data systems)
- Experience delivering Snowflake‐based platforms
- Understanding of financial data (positions, trades, pricing, reference data)
- Familiarity with data governance and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing distributed or offshore teams
- Relevant certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications)
