The Role

As a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer, you'll work across the full Foundry ecosystem and Palantir's Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to build scalable, intelligent systems. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in complex environments and enjoys collaborating directly with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Workflow Engineering: Build scalable pipelines, transformations, and applications in Palantir Foundry
• AI Enablement:Design and deploy AIP use cases (copilots, retrieval workflows, decision-support agents)
• Implement RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) and OAG (ontology-augmented generation)
• Collaborate on agent design, instructions, and evaluation using AIP's native tools
• End-to-End Delivery: Capture requirements, design solutions, and deliver working applications
• User Engagement: Train and support business teams adopting Foundry and AIP
• Governance & Trust: Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to expand AIP adoption and improve automation

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Data & AI Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (data integration, ontology, pipelines, applications)
• Strong skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling
• Practical experience with AIP features (RAG workflows, copilots, agent-based apps)
• Ability to work independently and engage with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership of delivery

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AIP Agent Studio (agents, instructions, tools, testing)
• Exposure to AIP Evals and test-driven evaluation approaches
• Experience with API integrations, MCP, and cloud services
• Background in consulting or AI/ML applications
