Senior Hogan RPM Developer

Project Description

Support client development efforts related to Hogan Reporting & Profitability Manager (RPM) on a staff augmentation basis with day-to-day direction from the client.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hogan RPM development expertise including technical design, coding, unit testing, advanced testing support, and production migrations.
• Develop and maintain Hogan RPM solutions.
• Collaborate with client teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support implementation activities and production deployments.
• Leverage additional Hogan application knowledge, particularly Hogan IDS and CIS.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Hogan RPM development.
• 10+ years of Hogan technical experience, including Mainframe and COBOL development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with software design, SDLC processes, development methodologies, and implementation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with additional Hogan applications, especially Hogan IDS and Hogan CIS.
