Project descriptionYou will be joining the TDI Engineering Platforms and Practice group as a Technical Team Lead. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our secure pipelines and control automation stack (Java/TypeScript/GitHub Actions/Cloud). You will lead a high-performing team of engineers, setting technical direction and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering frictionless, secure, and scalable software delivery solutions used across the entire organization. You will champion best practices in DevOps, automation, and compliance, ensuring our technology stack remains at the forefront of industry standards.
