Were looking for a People Systems Analyst to play a key role in maintaining, optimising, and enhancing the Workday platform across People and Payroll functions.If youre passionate about data, systems, and driving smarter ways of working, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.What youll be doing as a People Systems AnalystAs People Systems Analyst, youll be the go-to expert for Workday configuration, support, and continuous improvement. Youll collaborate closely with People, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure our systems are accurate, efficient, and user-friendly.People Systems Analyst Key responsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, and Payroll, with scope to support future modulesBuild and enhance reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insightsDevelop and maintain business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, security roles, and integrationsSupport bi-annual Workday releases, including testing, documentation, and stakeholder communicationsEnsure data accuracy and integrity across all People systemsConduct data audits and implement robust data quality controlsAct as the primary point of contact for system queries, troubleshooting, and escalationsDeliver training, user guides, and documentation to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system adoption and usabilityPartner with stakeholders to map, streamline, and automate processesContribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementationsWhat were looking for in the People Systems AnalystWere seeking someone with a strong blend of technical expertise and people-focused thinking.People Systems Analyst Essential experienceStrong knowledge of Workday HCM and business process configurationExperience building Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite preferred)Proven analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycleAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and documentation skillsPeople Systems Analyst Skills & competenciesA strong technical aptitude and curiosity to learn new Workday featuresAcustomer-first mindset focused on delivering great user experiencesHigh attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent stakeholder collaboration skillsStrong organisation and time managementConfidence to challenge unclear requirements and highlight risksAbility to prioritise and triage effectivelyA proactive, continuous improvement mindsetTPBN1_UKTJ
