Agile Delivery Manager

The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering technology projects, leading multidisciplinary technical teams, and managing senior stakeholder relationships. A background in eCommerce or SAP Commerce (Hybris) would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities
  • Own the successful delivery of multiple technology projects and services.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, profitability, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop high-performing technical teams.
  • Support account growth by identifying future opportunities and contributing to pre-sales activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and ways of working.
About You
  • Proven track record delivering complex technology projects.
  • Experience working with and leading technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing project financials.
  • Consultancy or agency experience is beneficial.
Nice to Have
  • eCommerce or digital commerce experience.
  • SAP Commerce (Hybris) experience.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Agile certifications or experience working in Agile environments.
