Agile Delivery Manager
The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering technology projects, leading multidisciplinary technical teams, and managing senior stakeholder relationships. A background in eCommerce or SAP Commerce (Hybris) would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities
- Own the successful delivery of multiple technology projects and services.
- Manage project scope, budgets, profitability, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Lead and develop high-performing technical teams.
- Support account growth by identifying future opportunities and contributing to pre-sales activities.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and ways of working.
- Proven track record delivering complex technology projects.
- Experience working with and leading technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing project financials.
- Consultancy or agency experience is beneficial.
- eCommerce or digital commerce experience.
- SAP Commerce (Hybris) experience.
- Strong technical background.
- Agile certifications or experience working in Agile environments.
