Amazon Connect Solutions Architect
An innovative technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-based contact centre solutions. The organisation specialises in leveraging modern technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to help businesses optimise operations and enhance customer engagement.
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid – Manchester / Sheffield / London or Remote Flexibility)
Role Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact centre architectures
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and streamline processes
- Provide consulting expertise, engaging directly with stakeholders and clients
- Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices in security, performance, and cost optimisation
- Support the adoption of AI and automation technologies within contact centre environments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and delivery methodologies
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Solutions Architecture and system design
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Direct experience with Amazon Connect or contact centre platforms
- Background in consulting and delivering tailored client solutions
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and integration patterns
- Experience designing and optimising business processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge business and technical needs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
