Customer Success Specialist
Lynx are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to lead post-sale customer engagement and help drive long-term client satisfaction and growth. This role combines relationship management, data analysis, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers
- Build strong relationships and understand customer goals
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and potential risks
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams
- Analyse customer health metrics and prepare performance reports
- Lead customer meetings and training sessions
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Collect and share customer feedback internally
- Help improve customer success processes and workflows
- Coordinate logistics and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing B2B role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing customer accounts and driving success
- Comfortable with CRM and project tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira)
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
