Customer Success Specialist

Lynx are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to lead post-sale customer engagement and help drive long-term client satisfaction and growth. This role combines relationship management, data analysis, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key customers
  • Build strong relationships and understand customer goals
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and potential risks
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams
  • Analyse customer health metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Lead customer meetings and training sessions
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Collect and share customer feedback internally
  • Help improve customer success processes and workflows
  • Coordinate logistics and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing B2B role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing customer accounts and driving success
  • Comfortable with CRM and project tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira)
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
