Data Management SME

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Management SME to support the delivery of strategic data projects within the financial services sector.

You will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify data challenges, analyse requirements and deliver key data management solutions and artefacts, including data glossaries, data quality rules and data lineage.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis and requirements gathering.
• Hands-on experience with Data Quality and Data Governance frameworks.
• Experience with data quality rules, data lineage and metadata management.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation and reporting.
• Experience with tools such as Collibra, Solidatus or Microsoft Purview.
• Understanding of financial services regulations and compliance, including GDPR.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

Desirable

Experience with data architecture, data modelling, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and AI governance would be beneficial.
