Delivery Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Delivery Manager with proven experience in managing and delivering AI-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Manage internal and external resources to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. Maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Project Monitoring: Track project performance using tools and techniques, escalate risks, and maintain clear documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Agile & Scrum Leadership: Facilitate Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies, support backlog prioritization, and ensure sprint goals are met.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning and optimization across teams and processes.
• Mentorship & Quality: Mentor team members and uphold quality standards through best practices in testing, validation, and delivery governance.

Key Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities, especially with technical challenges
• Solid grasp of technology trends and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering projects in innovation tech, GenAI, or similar domains
