Digital Solutions Architect

Location: Reading (1–2 days per week on-site)

Contract: 3 months initially (likely to extend)

Day Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35 – payroll & employers NI covered by client)

Overview:

We’re working with a leading retail company who are looking for a Digital / eCommerce Solution Architect to join their team on a contract basis. This role will backfill an existing SA who is moving to a major digital programme, ensuring continuity for the digital product teams.

Key Details:

• Start Date: Within the next 2–3 weeks
• Contract Length: 3 months initially, with strong potential to extend
• Working Model: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week on-site in Reading
• Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35 – client covers payroll & employers NI)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the dedicated Solution Architect for the digital product teams
• Supporting the continuity of digital/eCommerce solutions during a key project transition
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure architecture is aligned with ongoing programmes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Digital / eCommerce Solution Architect
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
