Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on site)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus + benefits

We're working with a leading digital consultancy who are looking to expand their delivery team with a Full Stack Developer skilled in Java and Spring. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative, customer-facing digital solutions across a variety of sectors including retail, telecoms, and financial services.

The Role

You'll be part of a collaborative delivery team responsible for building and enhancing web, eCommerce, and mobile platforms. Working alongside technical leads, architects, and project managers, you'll deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive real impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java and Spring on the back end.

• Build modern, responsive interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across applications.

• Contribute to release management, DevOps processes, and documentation.

• Explore opportunities for AI integration within digital solutions.

About You

• 2+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar.

• Proficient in Java and Spring for Back End development.

• Experience with React, Next.js, or React Native.

• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and modern UI principles.

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• A passion for learning and innovation - experience with AI technologies is a bonus.
