About the Role

We are a not-for-profit organisation within the food and consumer goods sector, focused on driving positive change across the entire supply chain. Our IT Operations & Security Team is looking for a Junior Infrastructure Support Technician with a genuine interest in technology — especially fixing and troubleshooting hardware. Passion and enthusiasm are more important than experience.

You’ll support daily IT operations, help manage support tickets, assist with onboarding processes, and take on real technical responsibilities. You’ll also be given opportunities for hands-on learning and involvement in project work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering best-in-class technology support
  • Administering cloud and on-premises IT systems
  • Owning mobile device management (MDM) and telephony
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT support incidents and resolving them efficiently
  • Setting up IT equipment and running inductions for new starters
  • Keeping updated with emerging technologies
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues to share knowledge and provide updates
  • Assisting with system monitoring
  • Supporting IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
