We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to design and build innovative cloud-based solutions for a range of clients—from start-ups to global enterprises. You’ll lead development teams, shape technical solutions, and work hands-on with modern AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design discussions
Mentor junior developers and review code
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements
Ensure best practices, including security by design

Requirements

Back-End: Node.js (preferred), .NET, or Java
Front-End: JavaScript, React, TypeScript
Degree: 2:1 or higher in a relevant field
Methodologies: Agile and Lean
Skills: Strong communication, UI/UX awareness, system visualization
