Salesforce Solutions Architect

About the Role

Lynx are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join a high-profile project for one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a broad solution architecture background who has recently specialised in Salesforce and is looking to take on a key architectural role.

You will play a pivotal part in shaping how Salesforce is used across the organisation, ensuring the different Salesforce products work together effectively to meet business needs.

What We’re Looking For

We are not necessarily looking for someone who has come through the typical Salesforce career path (SF Admin SF Developer SF Solution Architect). Instead, this role would suit someone who:

• Comes from a general Solution Architecture background, ideally in large or complex organisations
• Has recent, hands-on experience with Salesforce and is moving toward a Salesforce-specialist role
• Can take a holistic, architectural view of Salesforce and its products, ensuring alignment with wider IT strategy

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of the following Salesforce products:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Data Cloud
• Marketing Cloud Engagement
• Shield
• Broad experience in Solution Architecture (preferably enterprise-scale)
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders to design, document, and communicate end-to-end solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Contract Details

• Day Rate: £500/day
• IR35: Inside (Client covers payroll & NI)
• Location: Milton Keynes (2–3 days per week onsite)
• Duration: Initial 3–6 months (likely to extend for a long-term engagement)
