Senior M365 Consultant

We’re looking for a Senior M365 Consultant to deliver and design modern workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

Remote - once a month onsite in London or Manchester
Salary up to £75,000

This is a client-facing, consultative role combining solution design, delivery, and pre-sales, with the opportunity to stay hands-on with the latest Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
Key responsibilities:

• Lead solution design and architecture across M365 projects
• Deliver Copilot, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions
• Run client workshops and gather requirements
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects

Key experience:

• Strong M365 & SharePoint expertise
• Power Platform and Copilot / Copilot Studio
• Azure (ideally including AI services)
• Consultancy or client-facing background
• Understanding of governance, security, and compliance
