About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled Senior Test Analyst QA to join our dedicated ServiceNow implementation squad. This is a key position where you’ll help shape and deliver robust, scalable and high-quality systems across the organisation. You’ll work across both in-house solutions and third-party platforms, ensuring every release meets the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing- Creating, reviewing and executing test plans and scripts for both manual and automated functional testing.
- Analysing technical and functional specifications and user stories to produce detailed test cases.
- Collaborating closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and the Scrum Master to ensure test alignment and high-quality delivery.
- Managing risks, issues and defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Regularly reviewing solutions with stakeholders to ensure changes meet business needs.
- Proven experience in a software testing role.
- Hands-on experience with manual and/or automated test execution and analysis.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, across both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Practical experience with test and defect management tools such as Jira, Zephyr or DevOps.
- Confident in identifying, reporting and managing defects.
- Experience testing ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
- Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and experience performing regression testing within ServiceNow.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.
- Experience advising on best practices and testing methodologies.
- Experience creating and executing ATF test cases in ServiceNow.
- Understanding of a wide range of testing types, including functional, non-functional, performance and security testing.
- ServiceNow or ISTQB testing certifications.
- Experience testing ServiceNow TPSM.
