Senior Test Analyst - ServiceNow

Salary: £50,000 + benefits

Contract: Full-time

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Test Analyst QA to join our dedicated ServiceNow implementation squad. This is a key position where you’ll help shape and deliver robust, scalable and high-quality systems across the organisation. You’ll work across both in-house solutions and third-party platforms, ensuring every release meets the highest standards.

• Creating, reviewing and executing test plans and scripts for both manual and automated functional testing.
• Analysing technical and functional specifications and user stories to produce detailed test cases.
• Collaborating closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and the Scrum Master to ensure test alignment and high-quality delivery.
• Managing risks, issues and defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Regularly reviewing solutions with stakeholders to ensure changes meet business needs.

• Proven experience in a software testing role.
• Hands-on experience with manual and/or automated test execution and analysis.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, across both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Practical experience with test and defect management tools such as Jira, Zephyr or DevOps.
• Confident in identifying, reporting and managing defects.
• Experience testing ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
• Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and experience performing regression testing within ServiceNow.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.
• Experience advising on best practices and testing methodologies.

• Experience creating and executing ATF test cases in ServiceNow.
• Understanding of a wide range of testing types, including functional, non-functional, performance and security testing.
• ServiceNow or ISTQB testing certifications.
• Experience testing ServiceNow TPSM.
