Service Designer

Service Designer (GDS) – 3-Month Contract (Fully Remote)

Lynx are looking for a talented Service Designer with strong experience working to Government Digital Service (GDS) standards. You’ll play a key role in designing end-to-end services that are user-centred, accessible, and aligned with public sector best practices.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience delivering service design within GDS frameworks
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• Ability to map and improve complex service journeys
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments

Nice to have:

• Eligibility for SC (Security Check) clearance
