Solutions Architect

Location: Hybrid/ Manchester Salary: £100,000 + Benefits We're recruiting for an experienced Solutions Architect / Technical Manager to join a fast-growing technology consultancy, leading the technical delivery of innovative client solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine solution architecture, technical leadership and client engagement while driving the adoption of AI-powered engineering practices. Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across multiple client projects.
• Provide technical leadership and set engineering best practices.
• Act as the senior technical advisor for clients, offering guidance on architecture, feasibility and technical risk.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools and modern development practices.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams, promoting technical excellence.
• Help shape the technical strategy and support the growth of the business.

About You You'll have experience in:

• Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership or Software Engineering.
• Leading engineering teams in a client-facing or consultancy environment.
• Designing scalable, end-to-end technical solutions.
• Working across multiple technology stacks.
• AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices.
• Communicating with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
