Data Engineer

Lynx Recruitment are partnered with a growing IT consultancy that works with leading financial services organisations, and they’re looking for a Data Engineer to join their expanding data team.

This is a great opportunity to work on modern data platforms, building scalable pipelines and delivering high‐quality datasets that power analytics, AI, and business decision-making across FS clients.

Key responsibilities:

✅ Build & optimise ETL/ELT pipelines

✅ Design scalable cloud data platforms (warehouses/lakes)

✅ Ensure data quality, governance & compliance

✅ Work closely with technical teams and client stakeholders

What you’ll need:

✔ Strong SQL & Python

✔ ETL/ELT experience (ADF, Matillion, Talend, Fivetran etc.)

✔ Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)

✔ DBT experience

✔ Solid data modelling & governance knowledge

✔ IT/Tech degree (minimum 2:1)
