Summary of the role:

We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of AI-powered capabilities within the M-Files platform. This role will shape how our customers interact with and derive value from their information, delivering best-in-class AI-powered products.

What you will be doing / Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Define and drive the AI product strategy aligned with M-Files' vision and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to deliver AI features that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
  • Own the roadmap for AI capabilities such as intelligent metadata extraction, semantic search, document classification, and generative AI integrations.
  • Translate customer pain points and market trends into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure reliable and scalable AI solutions.
  • Monitor performance of AI features and continually optimize based on user feedback and data.
  • Evangelize AI capabilities internally and externally, including customer presentations, webinars, and thought leadership.
Who you are / Qualifications and Skills:
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products.
  • Deep domain expertise in AI, with a proven track record of assessing market opportunities and defining product strategies specifically for generative AI-powered solutions.
  • Proven success in bringing AI products from concept to market in an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience defining and tracking key metrics for generative AI products, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business impact and value proposition.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and inspire customers.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science).
  • Experience with AI compliance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with information management, content services, or related enterprise software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in the AI/ML domain.
