Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?
In this hybrid role based in Diseworth, youll play a key part in keeping our delivery engine running smoothly. Youll get under the skin of each project to make sure every HOP is right firsttime and ready for client approval. Youll stay on top of SLAs, escalating anything thats drifting so we can keep projects moving. Well rely on you to schedule HOPs in line with the wider programme, keep Site Tracker fully updated with the latest document statuses and dependencies, and make sure all internal and external stakeholders have supplied the right information on time. Youll create clear, insightful milestone and progress reportsboth scheduled and ad-hocwhile keeping customer trackers and databases fully up to date. Youll also provide essential data for subcontractor meetings and team briefings, and support the delivery teams with a variety of administrative tasks, from stats and REC power ordering to RAMS and HOPs. No two days will look the same, and youll be right at the heart of helping us deliver brilliantly.
What you'll bring?
Youll bring a proven track record in delivering projects and the confidence to communicate and present at senior level. With experience working across a range of Telco vendors, youll be comfortable navigating fast-moving technical environments. Youll have strong IT and database skillswhether thats MS Office, Project, Excel or Accessand youll know how to prioritise your workload to hit deadlines without losing sight of great customer service. Youll be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships across internal teams and external partners. Well count on you to work just as effectively on your own as you do within a team, keeping multiple tasks on track with strong organisation and a proactive mindset. Youll stay adaptable when priorities shift, take the lead in driving process improvements, and bring genuine enthusiasm and motivation to everything you do. Technical experience in IT or telecoms would be a real advantage, but above all, youll approach change positively and be ready to help us deliver exceptional results.
