Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.Want to come and be a part of it What will you be doing We're looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to join our Group IT PMO and play a key role in driving the evolution of our Oracle Fusion platform across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a portfolio of impactful continuous improvement initiatives, working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful change and maximise business value.You'll be responsible for shaping, planning and delivering multiple Oracle Fusion projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. With a strong focus on governance, stakeholder engagement and transparent reporting, you'll help drive successful outcomes that support our strategic goals and enhance the user experience across the organisation. Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion continuous improvement projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources and success criteria to ensure successful outcomes.Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers and the Oracle Programme Manager to drive delivery, manage dependencies and maintain alignment with programme priorities.Oversee project governance and reporting, maintaining key documentation including project plans, RAID logs, business change requests, status reports and project closure materials.Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating concerns early and implementing effective mitigation plans to keep projects on track.Lead and support project teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring successful transition into business-as-usual operations while providing clear communication, stakeholder engagement and regular progress updates.What youll bring Proven experience managing IT, ERP or Oracle Fusion projects, ideally within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications and the delivery approaches, governance, documentation and controls required to implement change successfully.Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud Applications implementation, enhancement or continuous improvement activity.Minimum of two years relevant project management experience, with a track record of delivering projects to agreed scope, time, cost and quality expectations.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex project information into clear updates and actions.Experience managing project finances, budgets, forecasts and resource plans, with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, including coordination of onsite and offshore delivery teams.Working knowledge of recognised project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent; formal certification would be advantageous.Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience is desirable.Whats in it for you We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include; Matched or contributory pension schemeOnline GP service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a yearEmployee assistance programmeMy Rewards portal, access to 1000s of retail discountsLife assuranceCycle to work, salary finance and give as you earn schemesEnhanced maternity, paternity leave and adoption leaveReward and recognition schemeIn addition, this role offers; Company car and allowanceand fuel card with a range of EV and hybrid vehicles to choose fromHealth Care Cash Plan, giving you the ability to claim back medical expenses for things like dental, eyecare and physiotherapy and much more!Private health care and health care cash plan for youand your family.Discretionary bonus scheme25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysRecommend a friend get rewarded for introducing people to us!About usWe want to be an employer of choice and a great place to work, attracting diverse and talented people, who join us and make a difference.
