Data Analyst - Ecommerce

Were now looking for a Data Analyst - someone who finds beauty in clean, structured data and enjoys making complex systems run effortlessly. Youll join our core technical team, helping to build the digital spine of the business: the workflows, automations, and data pipelines that power everything we do online.

Key Responsibilities

• Format and manipulate product, pricing, and stock data to create and maintain accurate online listings.
• Build and optimise automated workflows that save time and reduce human error.
• Work with tools such as n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and transform data effectively.
• Integrate with e-commerce, ERP, and PIM systems, ensuring data flows cleanly between platforms.
• Support and maintain API and EDI connections with suppliers and partners.
• Develop lightweight scripts or code to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with the tech and e-commerce teams to continually improve our data accuracy, speed, and reliability.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with data in an e-commerce or technology setting.
• Hands-on familiarity with automation tools (n8n, or similar).
• Confident with SQL, spreadsheets, and data transformation workflows.
• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and data transfer methods.
• Some coding or scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is an advantage.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and solving practical data challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a continual willingness to learn new tools and methods.
