What You'll Do

• Spearhead new business opportunities, then as you keep what you sell your role will evolve into a balanced role that blends account management with ongoing new business development.
• Enjoy one of the most generous, genuinely uncapped commission structures in the sector—multi-year, transparent, and designed to champion high performers.
• Confidently represent an end-to-end portfolio: penetration testing, offensive security, managed SOC, cloud security, Cyber Essentials, and compliance solutions.

What You Bring

• A track record of success in cyber security sales—experience in penetration testing or Cyber Essentials is especially helpful
• Strength in new business development, being self-sufficient through the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and initial outreach through to contract signature and then building warm, trust-based client partnerships
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders across UK SMEs and the mid-market
• A collaborative, organised, and self-motivated approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
