Sales Consultant (CyberSecurity)

A fast‐growing UK cyber security organisation is expanding its sales team and hiring two Business Development Managers to drive new business across services including SOC/XDR, Incident Response, Pen Testing, Compliance, and Cyber Consultancy.

This is a high‐energy, hunter‐focused role for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, loves building pipelines from scratch, and wants to sell industry‐leading cyber solutions backed by a team of 150+ security specialists.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full new business sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Building a cold desk into a thriving pipeline
  • Outbound‐heavy activity: cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking
  • Selling a broad portfolio of cyber security services
  • Retaining and growing the customers you win
  • Working closely with supportive managers and peers to sharpen your craft

💼 What You’ll Bring

  • Proven new business sales experience
  • A genuine hunter mentality and comfort starting from zero
  • Ideally experience selling cyber services (e.g., Pen Testing, Cyber Essentials Plus)
  • Evidence of hitting or exceeding aggressive targets

Salary is up to £40,000 + earning potential of double OTE. This is a mainly remote role with the occasional catch up in the office in the North of England.
