Business Development Manager – Cyber Security
£50,000 base + OTE
A well-established, government-accredited cyber security consultancy that provides a range of cyber services to leading organisations is starting the new year by continuing their significant success and growth. By joining their Business Development team, you will be a key part of a respected, innovative brand where your work is recognised, celebrated, and highly rewarded.
Your Role:
- Manage new business sales opportunities, then as you keep what you sell your role will evolve into a blend of account management and continued new business development
- Engage with senior leadership to confidently discuss a broad portfolio of cyber security services: penetration testing, offensive security, managed SOC, cloud security, Cyber Essentials, and compliance solutions

Your Experience:
- A successful career in cyber security sales, in particular cyber services such as penetration testing or Cyber Essentials is especially helpful
- A new business development focus, working through the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and initial outreach through to contract signature. The ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships is important, too
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders across UK SMEs and mid-market organisations
- An organised, collaborative and self-motivated approach
