About the Role:
You will own the ecommerce technology stack, manage critical system integrations (Shopify, ERP, WMS), and drive operational performance for our rapidly scaling brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operational performance of the Shopify ecommerce platform.
- Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between Shopify, ERP, warehouse systems, and logistics partners.
- Manage all aspects of marketplace operations and support expansion, including maintaining listings and troubleshooting integration issues (e.g., Mirakl, TikTok Shop).
- Monitor inventory synchronisation and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Work with developers/agencies to implement UX enhancements and new website functionality.
What You'll Bring (Essential):
- 3 - 5+ years experience in ecommerce operations, systems, or platform management.
- Strong experience working with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Experience managing marketplace integrations (e.g., Mirakl, TikTok Shop, Koongo etc.).
- Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
- Understanding of ecommerce fulfilment workflows and last-mile delivery.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay range and compensation package
- £50,000 to £55,000 p.a.
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in our central London HQ
