A leadership role focused on AI quality assurance, risk management, and governance. This position ensures that AI and Copilot solutions are safe, reliable, compliant, and production-ready.

• Own and drive enterprise AI testing strategy
• Blend traditional QA with AI-specific validation (bias, hallucination, explainability)
• Define quality gates, assurance frameworks, and compliance standards
• Develop advanced test datasets (adversarial, edge cases, domain-specific)
• Validate model performance, ethical compliance, and regulatory alignment
• Work closely with engineering teams to enforce testing rigor across AI lifecycle
