Qualifications and experience

  • 7+ years of proven experience in leading CX transformation projects
  • Significant industry/domain experience across various sectors
  • Customer experience design, customer journey mapping
  • Implementation of Conversational AI in CX workflows
  • Strong expertise in one or more CCaaS solutions such as NICE, Genesys, AWS
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions across channels like voice, email, chat, social media, and SMS
  • Experience leading large technology-driven organizational change initiatives
