Qualifications and experience
- 7+ years of proven experience in leading CX transformation projects
- Significant industry/domain experience across various sectors
- Customer experience design, customer journey mapping
- Implementation of Conversational AI in CX workflows
- Strong expertise in one or more CCaaS solutions such as NICE, Genesys, AWS
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions across channels like voice, email, chat, social media, and SMS
