Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

• 8+ years of experience within retail banking environment with strong understanding of credit risk strategies and decisioning logic
• Solid understanding of risk decisioning frameworks (application, behavioural, collections strategies).
• Proficiency in SAS for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
