Senior Finance Transformation Leader

Finance Transformation Lead opportunity with a leading Consulting & Transformation practice, based in London with a flexible hybrid model

This is a senior leadership role focused on leading large-scale Finance Transformation programmes and advising CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers and senior stakeholders on areas such as:

• Finance Operating Model Transformation

• Shared Services / Global Business Services

• Finance Process Transformation & Governance

• Finance Technology, Data, Automation & AI

• Post-Merger / Finance Integration

• Consulting-led delivery and business development

We’re ideally looking for someone with 15–18+ years of experience across Finance Transformation, Finance Consulting, Finance Operations, Shared Services or Business Transformation, with strong client-facing experience and exposure to global organisations. Experience within Insurance, Banking or Financial Services would be particularly relevant.
