Summary of the role:
The Vice President – Sales Lead (EMEA) will spearhead our client’s expansion across the EMEA region, with a strategic emphasis on the Insurance vertical. The leader should possess a strong track record in managing large-scale deals, demonstrate thought leadership, influence key stakeholders, and excel in negotiating with CXO-level executives.
This leadership role will be focused on driving market penetration, new client acquisition, and growth across all Strategic Growth Units (SGUs)—including Digital Engineering, Data Management, Analytics & AI, Revenue Integrity Services, F&A Operations and Domain Operations. Reporting directly to the SVP, Insurance EMEA, the leader will act as a strategic partner to clients and lead the execution of sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Develop and execute Go-to Market (GTM) strategies tailored to EMEA market dynamics along with building long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients and prospects.
The VP will shape and execute a Geo specific growth roadmap, penetrating untapped sectors, and positioning our client as a transformation partner of choice. The leader will collaborate closely with cross functional teams like Capability teams, delivery teams, and global functions to craft high-impact, scalable solutions for prospective clients
