Business Admin Apprentice
We are seeking a motivated SDR to join our sales team in a hybrid capacity. As a business specialising in social selling training, this role offers an opportunity to learn cutting-edge modern sales techniques. The apprentice will focus on identifying new business opportunities and booking meetings for staff while undertaking training.
Role
- Social Prospecting: Leverage LinkedIn and digital platforms to identify and engage decision-makers
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact via social messaging, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients to ensure they match our ideal customer profile
- CRM Management: Track sales pipeline activities and accurately log interaction data
- Learning & Development: Participate in internal coaching and complete mandatory apprenticeship coursework
Candidate requirements:
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Good listening and questioning skills
- Basic computer and digital skills
- Able to research companies and individuals online
- Comfortable speaking to new people by phone, email and social media Good organisation and time management
- Able to follow a process and keep accurate records
- Willingness to learn sales, prospecting and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good standard of written English
Training
For the right candidate, there will be opportunities to progress within the company after completing the apprenticeship. Once qualified, they can develop their skills and experience further, take on increased responsibility, and progress into more senior roles within the business.
