AI Enablement Consultant (Enterprise AI Transformation)

£80,000-£120,000 + Benefits

UK wide, Flexible Working/Remote Options

This role is at the forefront of AI transformation where real business problems are diagnosed, structured, and turned into working AI systems, not slide decks.

You’ll work directly with C-suite leaders (CDO, CTO, COO) to uncover what’s actually blocking AI at scale: fragmented data foundations, weak operating models, unclear ownership, and misaligned architecture.

What you’ll do

• Lead enterprise AI diagnostics across strategy, data, and architecture
• Engage senior stakeholders to uncover structural blockers to AI adoption
• Translate business problems into clear technical and operating model designs
• Shape end-to-end AI transformation journeys — from strategy through to deployment
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs become real systems

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in enterprise transformation, data, or AI strategy
• Deep understanding of modern AI & data architecture (including semantic layers and agent-based systems)
• Ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders
• Structured problem solver who can turn ambiguity into executable design
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of business, data, and technology

Nice to have

• Experience leading data or AI teams
• Exposure to governance and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data stacks
• Change management experience in enterprise environments
