We’re working on a unique opportunity to redefine customer experience through AI and we’re looking for someone exceptional to join the journey.

If you’re passionate about AI, UX, and driving real business impact, this role sits right at the intersection of all three. You won’t just design AI experiences, you’ll own their performance, evolution, and commercial success.

💡 What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and optimising AI-driven customer journeys and conversational experiences

• Owning performance metrics like containment, CSAT, and cost-to-serve

• Leading experimentation (A/B testing, optimisation strategies)

• Driving ROI, forecasting, and commercial outcomes of AI deployments

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape AI strategy and roadmap

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Deep expertise in UX/CX and conversational design

• Strong experience with AI/NLP tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex)

• A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

• Confidence in owning both experience and commercial outcomes

• Ability to influence, challenge, and lead across complex environments
