A fast-growing Finance consulting firm is hiring a Lead Analyst to join its expanding Data Analytics practice.

This role is heavily consulting-focused and ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, can confidently lead conversations with stakeholders, and has advanced Power BI expertise.

🔑 What really matters in this role:

• Consulting mindset first – advising clients, shaping solutions, and driving impact
• Advanced Power BI – deep hands-on experience with DAX and Power Query
• Strong client-facing skills – able to translate complex data into clear, commercial insights

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting and delivering end-to-end analytics consulting engagements
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients across multiple sectors
• Designing and building high-impact Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Using DAX and Power Query to model, transform, and optimise data
• Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and shape data strategies
• Producing clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to team growth

• Experience in data analytics within a consulting / advisory environment
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX + Power Query are essential)
• Strong SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Confident, polished client-facing communication skills
• Ability to turn analysis into commercially meaningful insights
