Lead AI Engineer Defence AI (Hybrid) upto 140k

Are you a s Senior or Lead AI Engineer with experience developing GenAI products from research?

Were a 5 year old consultancy, working on the forefront of Agentic AI, developing solutions for clients like the MoD. Were currently a team of 30, working hybrid (2 days a week in office located 40 mins from Paddington) and looking for a Senior/Lead AI Engineer to join us.

What do we do?

We have a bunch of products, including multi agent search tools and some robotics systems. Youll be working on improving our current products and working to develop AI Products from the latest research, that solve client problems and leading a team of 6-8 people.

Who are we looking for?

Youll be someone that keeps uptodate with the trends in AI, and can discuss the latest research whilst being able to convert them into viable commercial products. Wed expect you to have:

• At least 5 years commercial development experience in AI/ML
• Expert in NLP and BERT based Transformer models
• Developed applications using latest LLMs (Anthropic, META, Google, Mistral etc)
• Experience with multi agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, CrewAI etc)
• Experience in end2end development and deployment of ML models
• Able to be SC cleared - Must hold British passport (we have MoD projects)

There are also some things that would be helpful to have like experience with MLOps and having worked in a startup.
