We’re partnering with a leading global consultancy delivering some of the most ambitious AI-led transformation programmes across the Insurance sector.
This is a senior, client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial impact.
The Opportunity
You’ll work with C-suite and senior stakeholders across major insurers, helping them define, shape and deliver AI strategies that drive real business outcomes.
This isn’t theoretical AI.
This is about deploying AI at scale, across underwriting, claims, pricing, operations and customer experience, and leading programmes that transform how organisations operate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising senior clients on AI strategy and transformation roadmaps
- Leading the design and delivery of AI and GenAI solutions in complex environments
- Owning end-to-end programme delivery across multiple client engagements
- Building and leading high-performing teams across Data Science, Engineering and AI
- Driving business development, shaping propositions, winning work and growing accounts
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating AI adoption at scale
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in consulting or advisory-led environments
- Deep expertise delivering AI / Data Science solutions within Insurance
- Proven ability to operate at Director / Senior Director level, leading both clients and teams
- Commercial mindset, comfortable owning revenue, proposals and client growth
- Ability to bridge business problems with technical AI solutions
- Strong understanding of emerging AI trends, including Generative AI
