A fast-growing, highly regarded analytics consultancy is looking for a Director of Measurement to join its senior leadership team. The business specialises in advanced marketing analytics and predictive modelling, helping organisations make better commercial decisions through rigorous measurement and insight.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone at the top of their game in econometric and marketing measurement, with the credibility to lead clients, grow revenue, and develop high-performing teams across multiple geographies.

What You’ll Do

You will play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth for the consultancy, with responsibilities spanning client leadership, commercial development, people management, and strategic innovation.

Client & Commercial Leadership

  • Lead multiple senior client relationships across a range of industries
  • Own and deliver high-value marketing evaluation and predictive modelling programmes
  • Lead pitches and proposals, with responsibility for significant annual revenue targets
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders

Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee the production of best-in-class marketing measurement work, including:
  • Advanced econometric and statistical modelling
  • Insightful data visualisation
  • Executive-level presentation and storytelling
  • Set the standard for analytical quality and practical impact

People & Team Leadership

  • Directly manage and develop senior consultants and analysts
  • Lead distributed teams across multiple markets, with a strong connection to the London hub
  • Coach, mentor, and grow future leaders within the organisation

Strategy & Growth

  • Contribute to company-wide strategy and long-term direction
  • Take a helicopter view of the market to identify new opportunities, tools, and services
  • Support initiatives across new business, revenue growth, R&D, internal processes, and capability building

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record delivering complex, high-value analytics projects
  • Demonstrated success selling and expanding senior client engagements
  • 12+ years’ commercial experience in market mix modelling and/or marketing analytics
  • Exceptional ability to explain complex models in clear, simple terms
  • Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent people leadership and talent development capability
  • Degree in Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics (with Econometrics), or similar
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a high-growth environment
