Founding (AI) Full Stack Engineer - London upto £250k base + Equity

Do you want to build AI products that are already solving real customer problems, rather than endless internal prototypes?

We're hiring a Founding Software Engineer to help scale an AI platform that's transforming how trades and field service businesses operate.

You'll work across AI, voice, product, infrastructure and customer-facing systems, helping build software used daily by real customers.

What you'll be doing

• Building AI-powered products across backend, frontend and cloud infrastructure
• Shipping production systems used by real customers
• Working directly with customers to understand problems and deliver solutions
• Developing integrations, event-driven systems and automation workflows
• Helping shape engineering culture, standards and technical direction
• Balancing rapid experimentation with long-term scalability
• Taking ownership from idea through to production deployment

What we're looking for

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Python and/or TypeScript experience
• Experience shipping AI products into production
• Comfortable working across the full stack
• Experience working in startup or fast-moving environments
• Customer-facing communication skills
• Evidence of ownership, side projects, open source contributions or founding experience
