We are seeking a Head of Data to lead the next phase of growth for a Data, Analytics & AI capability within a fast-evolving technology and consulting business unit.

This is a senior leadership role at a pivotal moment of transformation, shaping how we position, sell, and deliver data-led transformation services across strategic clients in regulated industries.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, sales, delivery, and capability leadership, helping scale a modern Data & AI offering while driving measurable client and commercial impact.

What you’ll do

• Define and evolve the Data, Analytics & AI strategy and go-to-market approach
• Drive pipeline growth and support revenue generation with sales teams
• Lead senior client conversations, bids, and transformation programmes
• Build and scale a high-performing, multi-disciplinary Data capability
• Ensure delivery excellence across architecture, engineering, and governance
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience leading data or digital practices at scale
• Strong commercial experience contributing to revenue growth
• Deep expertise in Microsoft data stack (Azure, Fabric, Power BI, Purview)
• Experience in regulated industries (energy, public sector, financial services)
• Strong client-facing leadership at C-suite level
• Ability to lead strategy and delivery without being hands-on day-to-day
